To download a copy of EMSolution trial version you need to register using the form bellow. However, ADVANTEC may decide not to allow free download in special cases, as specified or in concordance with Romanian or Japanese law.

The execution module is replaced every time when the current version is updated.

LICENSE AGREEMENT PERMISSION TO USE THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONAL UPON YOU AGREEING TO THE DISCLAIMER AND LICENSE TERMS. BY DOWNLOADING OR USING THE SOFTWARE YOU CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY AND BECOME A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN: SCIENCE SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL LABORATORY INC. 2-21-7 Naka-cho, Meguro-ku Tokyo-to 153-0065 JAPAN HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "LICENSOR", AND YOU HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "LICENSEE", 1. LICENSE AGREEMENT Licensee shall indicate the acceptance of and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. These terms and conditions are a legal agreement between the Licensee and Licensor . 2. LICENSE 2.1 Subject to the provisions contained herein, Licensor grants to Licensee a non- exclusive, non-transferable limited license to use the EMSolution Electromagnetic Analysis Software (hereinafter referred to as SOFTWARE). 2.2 SOFTWARE is property of Licensor . 2.3 Licensee agrees not to distribute, reproduce, transmit or transfer, in whole or in part, SOFTWARE or its documentation without express prior written permission from the Licensor . 2.4 Licensee shall be permitted to copy SOFTWARE for the purpose of back up only. 3.DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES LICENSEE AGREE THAT LICENSOR HAS MADE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES TO LICENSEE REGARDING THE SOFTWARE AND THAT THE SOFTWARE IS BEING PROVIDED TO LICENSEE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY OR NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. 4.LIMIT OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT WILL LICENSOR BE LIABLE TO LICENSEE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 5. PROTECTION NOTWITHSTANDING ANY COPYRIGHT NOTICES, THE SOFTWARE CONTAINS TRADE SECRETS AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OF LICENSOR AND ITS SUPPLIERS. THE LICENSEE AGREES NOT TO REVERSE COMPILE, REVERSE ENGINEER, DISASSEMBLE, OR MODIFY THE SOFTWARE. THE SOFTWARE MAY NOT BE RENTED OR LEASED. THE SOFTWARE MAY NOT BE INCORPORATED INTO OR BUNDLED WITH ANY OTHER PRODUCT SUCH THAT THE SOFTWARE CEASES TO BE A STAND-ALONE PRODUCT. 6.LIMITATION PROVISION 6.1 Licensee represents and warrants that it shall not use SOFTWARE provided by Licensor to Licensee under this agreement and any other products, other softwares and/or technology manufactured or developed by using SOFTWARE for the purposes of disturbing international peace and security, including the design, development, production, stockpiling or any use of weapons of mass destruction such as nuclear, chemical or biological weapons or missiles to deliver any such weapons, or any use supporting these weapons activities. 6.2 Licensee also represents and warrants that it shall not sell, export, dispose of, license, rent, transfer, disclose or otherwise provide SOFTWARE to any third party whether directly or indirectly with knowledge or reason to know that the third party or any other party will engage in the activities described above. Licensee shall obtain these same representations and warranties from any third party to whom it sells, exports, disposes of, licenses, rents, transfers, discloses or otherwise provides SOFTWARE. 6.3 Furthermore, Licensee shall not directly or indirectly, export, re-export transship or otherwise transfer the SOFTWARE in violation of any applicable export control laws and regulations promulgated and administered by the governments of the countries asserting jurisdiction over the parties of transactions. 7.SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS The Agreement shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, permitted assigns and legal representatives. Licensee may not assign this Agreement without Licensors prior written consent. 8.TITLE. This Agreement grants Licensee no title or rights of or to ownership in the SOFTWARE or documentation or any corrections, improvements or revisions furnished. THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE RIGHT TO SUBLICENSE. 9.GENERAL 9.1 This Agreement merges all prior written and oral communications and defines the entire Agreement of the parties concerning the SOFTWARE. All notices required under this Agreement or pertaining to modifications to this Agreement shall be in writing, including facsimile copies, however, excluding all variations of Electronic Mail, and shall be considered given upon personal delivery of the written notice or within five (5) days of mailing, postage prepaid and appropriately addressed. 9.2 This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with laws of JAPAN without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. 9.3 The failure by either party at any time to enforce its rights under this Agreement will not be construed as a waiver of such rights, nor will it in any way affect the validity of this Agreement. No waiver by either party will be valid unless given in an appropriate writing signed by both parties. 10.EFFECTIVE TERM This agreement will be effective until Licensee fails to fulfill any provision stipulated in the agreement. After receipt of a notice mentioned such breach by Licensor, Licensee shall eliminate SOFTWARE on the computer and disuse manuals, other copies and return the protection key to Licensor and report the completion of such work by documents. 11.CONTACT Licensee shall contact the distributor of Licensor in ROMANIA at next address if Licensee have any questions concerning this License Agreement.
