Introduction

EMSolution is a modern and powerful software solution for electromagnetic analysis developed by SSIL Inc.(Japanese link). Its capabilities include 3D static, AC and transient nonlinear electromagnetic analyses, coupled with complex circuitry and motion. Fast and reliable, based on state-of the art algorithms, EMSolution is ideal for electrical machines and apparatus design and optimization. 

Registration and downloading

ADVANTEC Solutions is the distributor of EMSolution in Romania. In order to use a fully- featured professional version of EMSolution, limited to 10,000 nodes, you need first to register here. After registration, you will receive the necessary information for accessing our download page.

Main characteristics

EMSolution solves static, AC and transient problems, using A - Ar- Y potential and edge elements with a very fast ICCG and Newton-Raphson scheme; simulates three types of motion (relative sliding, source motion and mesh deformation); uses hexahedra, tetra, prism, pyramid and GAP elements; uses a powerful and accurate nodal force computational scheme; includes a complex and extensive library of field sources, with time variations defined by table, parametric, dynamic output or symbolic; allows total flexibility in FEM-external circuit coupling, using the Network module.

CAD-CAE Interface

EMSolution provides interface for pre-and post-processing with FEMAP, I-DEAS, NASTRAN, CRC/ATLAS, KSWAD formats.
